Priley Riley, Monoprints, 17th February 2014

I decided to develop three of my sketchbook drawings by using the subjects of them for monoprints. Monoprinting is a process where a thin layer of printing ink is rolled out, paper is placed over the top, and then you draw onto the paper. Once your drawing is finished you peel the paper off and your print is on the reverse. I used the drawings from my posts Eye studies 2, Drawing of an enthusiastic lecturer and Drawings from the art department for these prints.
